Who Are We
Charles Parsons

As a young man, Charles Parsons was a professional yacht skipper in the Mediterranean for over 10 years. Upon returning to Australia in the 1980s, he managed marinas in Sydney for 12 years.
Charles then established Marine Advisory Services Pty Ltd, a waterfront construction company, in the late 90s and that business continues to expand.
His vast experience of waterfront development led him to establish Foreshore Design Solutions Pty Ltd in 2009 as he saw a need for specialist planning.
Charles’ extensive and eclectic knowledge of the sea, boats, waterfront facilities and the planning system has made him a highly regarded consultant.
Marianne Bryant
Marianne holds a Grad Cert in Environmental Planning from Macquarie University (2017) and a Grad Diploma in Environmental Law at the University of Sydney (2021)
Marianne also draws upon 30 years of office management experience to capably project co-ordinate client matters from initial contact through to post-construction.
Marianne enjoys challenges that inspire her to learn more, ask difficult questions, delve deeper and apply critical thinking.
